Construction is in full swing at Limassol Blu Marine day and night!

The evening of May 27, 2022 marked a milestone moment for Limassol Blu Marine, as the first major construction stage of the Residential Tower (Phase A) was completed and the Tower construction continues on a high note.

150 tons of steel, 1,500 cubic meters of high-performance concrete and 14 hours of casting were used by the construction team of 40 men, who have been working day and night on “Europe’s New Riviera”.

The construction milestones that have been completed so far include the main structure piling which consist of 69 piles – 20-25 meters long each, the main structure of the Poseidon tower with 3 out of 35 floors completed, the single pedestal of the 3-meter-high Poseidon tower and the single pedestal of the southern underground parking lots.

The construction of the Leptos Group’s Limassol Blu Marine is said to contribute significantly to the Cypriot economy through the creation of new jobs in both the construction and services fields. Limassol Blu Marine has already attracted interest from foreign investors and a large number of high-end buyers in luxury apartments and it aims to establish the area as a prime location for Cypriot and foreign companies dealing with innovation, technology, finance etc.
